1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing, or using beallconcepts.com (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Be All Concepts Limited.
"You", "your" refers to the user, browser, or purchaser of the Website.
"Products" means the goods offered for sale on the Website.
"RPM Demo Registration" refers to business-to-business demonstration requests, which are separate from consumer e-commerce transactions.

3. Eligibility You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Product Descriptions and Availability We make every effort to display product colours, features, and specifications accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the true product appearance. All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service without prior notice.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Orders and Confirmation Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs upon shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8. Shipping and Delivery Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy. Free shipping applies to orders over HKD 200. Standard delivery occurs within two (2) business days. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM.

9. Risk and Title Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. Title to Products passes upon full payment and delivery.

10. RPM Demo Registration (B2B Only) RPM demo registration accessed through this Website is strictly for business-to-business ("B2B") purposes. It does not constitute a consumer purchase. B2B engagements are subject to separate contractual terms agreed offline.

11. Intellectual Property All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Be All Concepts Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Prohibited Use You agree not to use this Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include: hacking, data mining, scraping, transmitting malware, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of Products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

14. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be All Concepts Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

16. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.

18. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
