RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

BE ALL CONCEPTS LIMITED Return and Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview All sales made through beallconcepts.com and at our Kwun Tong office are final. We operate a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Replacement is the sole remedy available and is strictly limited to the conditions set out below.

2. No Refunds We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or failure to read product specifications.

3. Replacement Eligibility Replacement will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is not in working condition upon receipt (dead on arrival or functional failure under normal use).

  • The product has no cosmetic issues, including but not limited to scratches, discolouration, surface marks, or packaging damage attributable to the customer.

  • There is no physical damage to the exterior surface or interior components, including cracks, dents, water damage, or signs of impact.

  • The product has not been used, washed, altered, or modified in any way.

  • The request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of goods.

  • The product was purchased directly from beallconcepts.com or our registered office at Unit K, 11/F, Lladro Centre, 72 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

4. Replacement Review Process All replacement requests are subject to review by our qualified customer service officer. We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect the product physically at our Kwun Tong office or remotely via high-resolution photographs and video evidence.

  • Request the original purchase receipt or official tax invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Decline replacement if the product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, negligence, unauthorised repair, tampering, or cosmetic wear outside factory defect parameters.

A replacement will only be approved if our officer confirms, in their sole discretion, that the product condition meets the eligibility criteria above.

5. Exclusions from Replacement Replacement will be void if:

  • The 7-day replacement window has expired.

  • The customer cannot provide a valid receipt or invoice issued by Be All Concepts Limited.

  • The product was purchased from an unauthorised reseller or third-party marketplace.

  • The product has been registered for warranty with Withings directly in a manner that voids distributor warranty.

  • The defect is caused by software issues resolvable via firmware update, app reinstallation, or user error in setup.

6. Replacement Process To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Email cs@beallconcepts.com within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Subject line: Replacement Request — [Order Number] — [Product Name]

  3. Attach:

    • Clear photograph of the original receipt or invoice.

    • Photograph or video evidence clearly demonstrating the non-working condition.

    • Photographs of the product exterior from all sides to confirm absence of physical or cosmetic damage.

    • Photograph of the product serial number.

Our team will respond within two (2) business days. Approved replacements will be dispatched within three (3) business days of approval. The customer must return the defective unit to our Kwun Tong office at their own cost before replacement dispatch, unless otherwise instructed.

7. Finality of Decision All replacement decisions by our customer service officer are final and binding. We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
