Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 19 March 2026 to 30 April, 2026. Registration starts 19 Mar, 2026 to 31 May, 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted. 

2. Eligibility: Participants must be aged 18 or above and purchase eligible Withings products from designated retailers during the Promotion Period.

3. Eligible Products: Only specified Withings models are eligible (see Gift Redemption Chart). Each product can only be redeemed for one corresponding gift.

4. Registration Requirements:

   1. Must complete the online registration form， please proceed to this link to register

   2. Must upload valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt must show date of purchase before 30 Apr 2026.)

   3. Must provide product MAC address for verification

   4. Each MAC address can only be registered once

5. Gift Availability:

   1. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last

   2. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts

   3. Gift colours and styles are subject to actual products; images are for reference only

   4. The organiser reserves the right to substitute gifts if out of stock

6. Redemption Code:

   1. Each successful registration will receive a unique redemption code

   2. The redemption code will be sent to the registered email address

   3. Each redemption code can only be used once

   4. Please keep your redemption code safe; replacements will not be issued for lost codes

7. Collection Arrangements:

   1. Self-pickup: Please bring your redemption code and identification document during office hours

   2. SF Express: Shipping fees are borne by the recipient; dispatch from 19 March 2026 to 31 May, 2026

   3. Please ensure correct delivery information is provided for SF Express

8. Zion Sports and Wellness Therapy:

   1. Minimum spend of HKD $4,400 required to receive complimentary therapy

   2. Appointment required; Zion Sports and Wellness will contact you directly

   3. Therapy location and time are determined by Zion Sports and Wellness

   4. All related services are provided by Zion Sports and Wellness and are unrelated to Be All Concepts Limited

9. Personal Data: Participants consent to providing personal data for promotional purposes, including contact for redemption arrangements and marketing.

10. Cancellation and Changes: The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Disputes: In case of any dispute, the decision of Be All Concepts Limited shall be final and binding.
